A fireside chat with Suchada Chuensuksawadi

Increasingly, more and more women are assuming leadership roles in various businesses and corporations. And there are many women who are members of the Australian alumni in these leadership roles. Suchada Chuensuksawadi, Vice President ASEAN at Development Dimensions International (DDI), shared her experiences is her rise to the top from being a clerk at Singapore Airlines after graduating from Australia to her current responsibilities at DDI for the creation and implementation of business strategy, financial performance, and management of the Philippines, Malaysian, Singapore, and Thailand operations. Accomplished on a broad range of leadership and talent management practices, Suchada provides business-relevant counsel to a diverse range of organizations and industries, identifying needs and proposing solutions primarily in the areas of leadership development, succession management and talent acquisition.
