Celebrating “Young Alumni Talent Award” (Performance Arts – Bangkok) | Australian Alumni Award 2024

The Australian Alumni Association extends its heartfelt congratulations to the recipients of the 2024 Australian Alumni Awards.

We are proud to recognize Ms. Navinda Pachimsawat, Dance and Movement Artist, Choreographer, and Educator, with the Young Alumni Talent Award (Performance Arts – Bangkok).

Ms. Navinda Pachimsawat has made a profound impact on the dance community, creating innovative pieces that bridge Thai and Australian cultures. She collaborates with Australian artists and organizations, hosting events that foster cultural exchange, and has won multiple international choreography awards. Through her Bangkok Dance Academy, she employs the Australian dance curriculum, nurturing the next generation of Thai dancers. Notably, Ms. Pachimsawat was invited to perform at Impulstanz in Vienna, the world’s largest dance festival, showcasing her talent on a global stage.

[She completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at the University of Melbourne in 2012, located in Melbourne, Australia.]

For events organised by the Australian Embassy, AAA Thailand will submit names of alumni members to the embassy on a rotation basis. However, the final decision as to which alumni are invited rests with the Australian Embassy.
